I'm admittedly a novice when it comes to grinding. I've have been on the lookout for a universal OD/ID grinder. Something for hobby use; pins, bushings, shafts for Babbitt bearings, etc.
There seems to be a no shortage of old Cincinnatis and Nortons, but most are probably 60+ years old and look beat within an inch of their life.
Today in my searching I happened across a Junker BUAJ 28. There doesn't seem to be much that I can find online about them. Is this a machine that bears further investigation? Or is it an orphan that could prove to be a poor candidate?
