Mystery arbors

Hi guys
I recently picked up a big load of tooling (saved it from the scrapheap) - lots of SIP jig borer stuff and an original cabinet. These arbors and grinding wheels all seem to belong together but I've no idea what they fit - does anyone recognise them? The top one in the first pic has a locking nut for whatever spindle they fit. Someone suggested a Moore jig grinder - does that sound plausible? Any help would be appreciated!

Way too steep to be 1/2" per foot, right?

To be honest, I was thinking those looked homemade. Taper sure looks closer to 3½" per foot to me also John.

Homemade is right - I'd be embarrassed to call those "shop made".

Those sure don't look like something I'd want to run at high speeds.

Same here, though I didn't want to say as much. First thing I would do is check them with a file. If they're dead soft you might just as well return them to the scrap bin (minus the grinding wheels).

Thanks guys. Just tried the file on them and they're dead soft. Back to the bin it is.
