We have an Engis single pass hone, a few Sunnens and a few thread grinders around the shop. All around the machines are oily rags, messy floor, etc. We're carrying off a lot of oil and losing it because of this.
Have any of you used air knives or any other systems to remove as much of the oil as possible and reclaiming it in the machine to reduce carry off? Trying to not have to rinse parts in a bucket, so we can keep and reuse the oil easier.
