How do I engage the automatic in/out table feed on a Reid 618V surface grinder?
I have the left/right automatic table feed working well, now that I have made some new trip dogs. When I engage the lever on the side of the machine base, the table goes side to side just fine, but no in or out action takes place.
There seems to be some part, missing from my machine, that may be threaded into the center of the hand crank wheel, which moves the table in or out. Maybe it starts/stops the in/out feed?
