We had a company come in and replace the battery on the control board. After this the machine would not function correctly with several lights stuck on. The company came back opened the panel back up and found a possible pinched Ribbon cable
They tested the cable and said is was ok and the functions for this cable work. The machine now runs and programs but is off to a ratio of 4.5
times. Example if I set the machine to back up .010 it backs up .045. Does not change in metric or English Due to the age of the machine the company that installed the battery can not fix it
They think the Parameters are off but cannot fix. We do not have parameters backed up for this machine. Has anyone run into this.
