Does anyone have any experience with waterjetting G10 panels? I need to cut some (about 300) discs of G10 (2"OD x .75"ID x 1/4"thk), and thought of waterjetting. Is this a good idea? I know there are some concerns with delamination or blowout. Should I find someone crazy enough to do this on a router? Lend me your thoughts. Thanks!!

I think you should be find WJing the disks. Make sure there's a lead into the actual geometry, then with perforation move to the proper OD and cut.

Most G10 laminates are very tightly bound, delamination is more likely to occur with poorly made (hand laid) laminates that have voids or other faults that give the jet a chance to spread laterally.
