3D printing class. SoCal

My 17 year old daughter and myself, signed up for a 3D printing class located in Pasadena Ca. Looks like fun. I'm trying to show her different career opportunities before she goes to college. BTW I just looked there's only 3 spots left at.

If you are interested in 3d printing and composites In SoCal, there is Cerritos College. Your tax dollar at work.

The plastic department teaches everything from injection molding, to carbon fiber layup, to 3d printing. They have a Stratasys and 4 Makerbot Replicator. The instructions are pretty good and they have a good connection with the local industry. There's also a cnc machine shop next door with a few Haas CNC.

If you have the time, it's hard to beat community colleges for value.
