Half Round Metal Plate

Hi,
I want to make a small amplifier stand. It will be similar to this keyboard stand:

This stand uses two square aluminum braces to form an 'X' once they're opened up. I am planning on getting the t-slotted aluminum extrusion bars for this (like 80/20). I can use my 3D printer to print the plastic/rubber like feet on the bottom and top.

The challenge is the half-round metal piece that has 5 or so drilled holes in it.

I thought since this is a Machinist forum, there might be some ideas on how to make this half-circle plate, or maybe you can order them?

I searched 80/20's web site and they don't have a connector that lets you make an 'x' type frame.

Thanks in Advanced,
Vmusic

If you're making just one, cut the half-circle with whatever is handy (bandsaw, nibbler, shears) and refine the profile with files or abrasives. Drill the holes with a drill press.

If you are making 10,000, have a die set made, and punch them out complete.

I wanted to be able to toss my amp on a stand and have it automatically be the right height and angle degree.
