Yup. I have three in the Pexto style but early like yours with roman numerals on them. They made them in various purposes, sometimes flanging, sometimes rolling a bead (can be used with a steel rod to reinforce the bead) sometimes fluting.
There is commonly a "stand" which holds the circular lower segment of the tool. One stand will fit any of the tools of interest interchangeably. My stand is a later Pexto production - but it fits the earlier machines.
