That's a beautiful Logan shaper. I had not seen these pics of the chain drive and and other angles. I filed a few pix because this baby will be gone.

I was away for awhile. I'll try to post pics later. The Logan 8" shaper was listed for $800.00 and disappeared. The previous owner said it wasn't a rebuild, more an overhaul with careful attention to repainting it. It was pretty and in very good shape mechanically.
He put a lot of work into it.

I boggled that up. How would I know it was in good shape internally.

It was a pretty machine. I had a "shaper wanted" ad and he sent this to me before he listed on Craig's List. I turned it down because I already have a 7" Rhodes and want something a little larger.
