Just the husk of one - you can see through the table! I've never used a rotab with a "pass-through" top plate...
I think the OP has struck "scrap" in his H-M search.

Looks like a tilting rotary table, if price is right (ie cheap), I'd drag it home and clean it up.

Over here in the UK, that type of table without worm & wheel etc etc drive, were normally associated with engravers.
