I think that is John Deere... I know he's lost and his family is very worried about him. No need for you to worry, he's perfectly harmless. Pour him a pint of thick machine oil and keep him company while his family comes to pick him up.

Looks like a early Becker mill. But I've never seen one with a swivel head. The one I had many years ago had a fixed head that moved up and down.
