Looks like a Brainard mill from the power feed pulley in the lower left of the picture.
Went and looked to see if he had a mill for sale.
Horizontal milling machine - tools - by owner - sale
It is a No.4 1/2 Brainard. An overarm added and the door is not original.
I wish it was closer. I could use it for parts. I am missing the power feed on my 4 1/2.

There may be other goodies. I did observe in the original B&P pix a cone pulley to the left - likely he is an "old timer" and cleaning out.
Or maybe lost interest? Stranger things happen.
