O/T Adding hydraulic oil to old dump truck

I've got a dump truck I'm going to sell but it's been sitting for a while. It looks like the pump for the dump body, PTO driven, has been leaking and the operation is very sluggish.
I expected to see a small tank with an obvious fill spot but I see none.
Can it just be the 4 bolts you see on top of the pump and remove the cover?
Seems like it would have a single fill hole for easy filling.
If that is it, do I need to do anything to relieve any pressure?
Don't worry, I have the dump body propped up 3 or 4 different ways.
And I still hate sticking my head under there.

That looks like the valve. There has to be a tank somewhere, follow the oil lines. Where is the pump? P T O driven or belt drive off the engine? the reservoir will probably be by the pump.

It's PTO off the transmission.
That is the pump in my pictures. Pic of the top and pic from the bottom.
You can see both hoses coming out of the pump and they go to the cylinder.

Tank is outer barrel of cylinder fill will be on top of barrel near chrome rod
Will be a single plug or a hole covered with a plate with 2 bolts and a gasket

Thanks JC. That explains why the cylinder is so big. It must be 8" in diameter. It has a small fitting about the size of a tire valve stem that must be the fill.
Thanks

As said earlier the cylinder also serves as the reservoir/tank. That fitting very well maybe a breather besides being the filler port, being it is on the non-pressure side of the cylinder.
