Standard top jaws can be swapped to different chucks. Some makers put matching numbers on the jaws and body, but most did not. So, is the body marked?

no marks on the body but the jaw numbers are marked in roman numerals on the body

That sure looks like a Bison brand of chuck. If not Bison, the other company over in Poland that makes them.

But Bison and TOS (Czech) do brand their chuck bodies. I agree it is possible that the jaws do not belong to the body, but I would still like to know who that TLS logo maker is of the jaws if not the body...I was wondering if it might be Takasawa , just a wild guess, but I was thinking if the maker could not be bothered to brand the chuck, maybe it was because the chuck went as standard issue with a large lathe, hence should be thinking of TSL lathes?
