Checking dovetail way oiler supply on Cincinnati shaper

I've got a mid 50s 16" universal cincinnati shaper. The wear on the right side dovetail way seems a bit worse than the left side. It feels like there is a thin film of oil on the right side but i'd like to verify it is getting proper oil. Does anyone know how to check the oil flow? Do need to remove the ram? If so, does anyone have the procedure?

My similar vintage Ohio has adjusting "needle" (pointed screws) valves on top the distribution chamber - left for near way and right for far way. You know right away if too much - like dripping off ram dovetail

On my 24" Steptoe. I adjusted the stroke length to the maximum stroke and then by positioning the ram so it would uncover the oil port in the ram way I could see how much oil was coming out into the ram way. The Steptoe had felt in the ram way oil galley that were plugged with crud. On mine I also had a kinked oil line which I replaced and added a new piece of felt. On the Steptoe there are no needle screws to adjust.
Hope this helps. Dave
