Cullman Gear removal?

I have an old Hendey that came with the Cullman gear and motor set up on top. I'm hoping to remove it in pieces to not kill my back. I may have to set up a block and pulley as a worst case scenario...

Anyone have input as to how to disassemble the arms and break it down to clean / paint it? I've posted pictures if that helps.

Engine hoist or Heuer patient lift would be my frist choice for getting that off. As for taking it apart, should just be straight up simple as dirt. Just note direction of shafts and gears when putting it back together.
