Hello!
A friend has this in his possession, and although it obviously says "service station equipment" on it, I couldn't find anything through my limited google abilities and figured maybe someone here would recognize this and be able to tell us what it is. The clamps on the wings rotate, and the lever on the front operates what appears to be a shelf of some sort, which stores down out of the way. My guess is some sort of spring re-arching tool or axle straightening device, but I'm too "young" to know, LOL.dixie 1.jpgdixie 2.jpgdixie 3.jpgdixie 4.jpg

Agree with Ray. Of course "KRW" (KR Wilson Co.) was the "Ford Authorized" name in these things back in the day.

There is a site devoted to KRW tooling. Welcome to KR Wilson Tools - Where the Enthusiasts Come to Meet

And a pix of the KRW equivalent.

Tom Endy of the Sacramento Model A Club has instructions somewhere online for building "gruntage remover" stands and sundry out of wood for today's enthusiasts. Original KRW stuff is quite pricey - but there are alternatives.
