I have this tool that I’m unable to identify and was hoping someone out there could help. The only identifying marks are CBM 103 on the vertical bar next to the main rod and CBM 101 under the bottom plate. The entire tool measures 23-1/4” high and the handle sticks out 19” from the main rod and the main rod measures 1” in diameter. Any help would be appreciated.
