Induction Motor starter repair

My antique (1960's) Delta Rockwell 13" Planer has a 3HP Wagner Induction Motor. The magnetic starter seems to have burnt out. Need electrician in Louisville,Ky area with experience in such things.
 
It turned out that the mag started was not broken. There was a voltage regulator that had burnt out. The lathe is now working! Thanks for the replies.
 
Thanks for the reply. The lathe is now working! It turns out the mag starter was not broken. There was a voltage regulator that burnt out and shorted out the circuit. Problem resolved.
