I've recently bought this machine also, but other than the lathes.co.uk I've found no information or manuals.

That mill is very similar to a Wells-Index 845 mill. The head is a step pulley type like a series I Bridgeport. W-I I don't believe had that on later mills. 645-745 is the only mill I'm aware of with step pulley arrangement.
