hi,
After a jarno 14 taper to morse taper lathe headstock spindle bush?
I’m in the UK and had no luck.
The lathe is a UK made town woodhouse junior 70”.
A little known but great piece of kit.

Also have the woodhouse mitchell 369 mill.

Jarno was used in grinders a lot I believe. I have found a couple adapters for Jarno in boxes of junk, but both are in use. I have bought MT sockets or extensions and turned the od to match the taper.

Just make yerself one.

The taper spec is the easiest EVER to sort out.

The length you need will be only a stub FROM a full-run.

A jarno 14 is loooooong! VERY!

You probably need only about 1/3 of it, if-even that much. You have a good lathe and enough compound travel to do that easily enough.

A trial run in wood, plastic, or shiney-wood might help you grok WHICH third? Or quarter... wotever.
