I don't know much about this lathe. It looks like it is fairly complete, although partly disassembled.
Somebody has replaced the three small pulleys with wooden ones.
I believe that Jeff abandoned this project when he got the 14x6 Hendey.

Currently the lathe is in the walk-in basement of the house, near Ellicott City, MD, but soon it will be moved to the yard, and put under tarps.
