Lehman lathe parts

I have a lehman mode 7 lathe 18" swing and 9&1/2" between centers. The machine is well worn but usable. The cross feed nut is worn pretty bad, the screw looks like maybe was replaced but not the nut. Is there any where that someone can get a 7/8"-5 threads per inch Acme tap? We are considering changing to 3/4"-10 screw and nut but would require some butchering of existing parts. Maybe someone out there who rebuilds machines would have something like this and could sell us a tapped piece of wear bronze with this thread in. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Believe it or not I found a contact in California and they still make parts for these lathes. The contact is Tony Mejia and the number is (909)393-4677. the fax # is (909) 393-7662 and the address is 15177 Sierra Bonita Lane, Chino, Ca.91710 The model 7 we have was made in 1930 and they even have drawings for it. They seem very easy to work with and are willing to send sketches and drawings of these lathes to customers. These lathes have made a name for themselves in the oil rig industry.
