Van Norman 1RQ mill- serial number 3-6239-1267

What can you tell me about my newest addition to my weld shop? Also need a print or how too, to switch everything over from 480v to 208/220v. All info will help because from what I'm hearing they're kinda rare. Haven't figured out how to put pictures on here yet or I'd post a few.

High to low volts can be simple or complicated - depends upon number of motor starters - each of which will have a overload circuit coil which will require ITS VOLTAGE along with its motor to be "reconnected" and you can only reconnect dual voltage motors. The overloads them selves will require changing to accommodate the doubled amps that the overload circuit will see
