Make of old lathe on Craig's list

I see a Lima motor plate and Peerless machinery dealer in LA. Any thoughts about the tee slots on the apron.

Lathe - tools - by owner - sale

I don't see T slots on the apron but I do see them on the carriage and almost every lathe that is over 100 years old has them for boring cylinders and such. The job was bolted to the carriage and a boring bar was used between centers.

I had one that looked like its twin, but no names on it except for the seller, something like Gould & Eberhardt. Sold it before I ever run it. Had a set of change gears in boxes, not sure if they were complete.

Nether is the price! or "a great condition metal lathe. I’ve never used it."!...Phil

Since he assures the machine is in "great condition", and since he has never used it, I'm sure he has inspected it and MEASURED the wear in the carriage ways, and tailstock. A little lube and she should be good to go.:D
