"Manage Attachments" dialog box doesn't populate

When i go to post pics using the Manage Attachments dialog box, the dialogue box opens but does not populate as it used to. Is anyone else having this problem? if not, any idea what the fix might be? My system is a Chrome Book.

Works fine on normally updated Firefox

Running Firefox on an XP system. No more browser upgrades from Firefox.
Firefox was blocking the "Manage Attachments", 'protecting me' from what I want.
Disabled the browsing filter and good to go

almost every time something like this happens, it chrome changing its settings without telling you. google how to reset your chrome preferences, make sure you are not blocking popups or similar adblocker on this site or that particular page.

Top left corner of the screen - address bar - the green lock image.
Click on that. Click on "Disable Protection for Now"

Solved:
When you click on add attachement, when it pops up, in the address bar there is a lock symbol, click it and you will see an "enable or allow". Click allow and you can then add attachments.
