Doesn't just boggle the imagination to see the large scale precession machine work that was preformed long before CNC came into the picture.
Repeatable parts turned all day long. Simply amazing.

There weren't any DRO's in those days and " throw away tips " were unheard of. Skilled men were really skilled in those days. I was lucky enough to serve my time under the guys that had served their time in that era.
