Brown & Sharpe End Mills - odd shank

We found 4 of these end mills as part of a donation to the Tuckahoe Steam & Gas Assoc. machine shop. They are marked ' 1" No. 30R H.S. B&S ' . Anyone recognize them? What sort of chuck or tool holder do they fit?

30 cam lock - its in their (B&S) catalog.

Same idea as Flash Change - which was made up to 50 taper size

Thumbnail shows holders - I would suppose cutters with the shank integral saved some room
