Need your expertise. Are these for Mill, drill, Camelback?

I picked these up at an auction. I bought a homemade lathe for the tooling. With the tooling came these. They have two key ways or splines. I believe this is from some sort of machine with a quick change quill. The diameter is .625.

The spindles look to be too short for a camelback drill and too long for a mill-drill. They might fit an older Buffalo Forge & Blower drill press.
 
If that Jacobs chuck is in good shape hold on to it. They don't make them like that anymore.
 
Sorry I haven’t responded. My notification must be off. I appreciate it. I have so many Jocobs chucks they are coming out of my ears. I would say 30 and maybe 10 super chucks. They seem to fall in my lap once a month.
