Taking a tour of a BB is highly recommended if you get the chance. In 2003 I got a thorough personal tour of the Missouri by a WWII vet that served on it. Awesome stuff. I've never seen so much multi-foot thick steel plate. The boiler rooms and turbine rooms are incredible. The turrets are pretty cool too.
There's a ton of videos that focus on BB guns and turrets, but there isn't much out there that shows the engineering plant and mind boggling construction of those ships. They have so much steel in them you wonder how they even float.
