...looks like the first start on these hand cranked Fordsons...was actually an electric start...

I'm interested in those tarps laying down all over the floor- perhaps changed periodically to keep control over oil/grease/paint being tracked around? Might make sense if this is a final run test- everything is installed and painted so they want to keep things clean?
 
Those are early in production. 1917-18 Fordson Model F's. Ladder side radiator and 6 spoke wheels. Only made them this way for a few years.
