Quick question about Moore Jig Bore no. 1...need an owners help.

The manual states that there is a square head screw which adjusts the quill housing spring, this accessible from the left side of the machine at the quill housing clamp. I believe this screw enters a bronze collar from the direction of the front side of the machine. If anyone has one of these units, could you please confirm? I found the screw laying in the bottom of the quill housing and just want to get it back in the correct place!
