I was given a seized recessing head (a Scully-Jones 70200), which was probably worth less than what I paid for it (nothing). I succeeded in disassembly of it and discovered that when it was previously rebuilt long ago some parts were forgotten. I could use a recessing head for snap-ring grooves and seals and would like to fix it. The only identifying number (70200) was used by Scully-Jones for an unrelated product which is foiling my web search. If someone can steer me to drawings I might be able to fix it...

Probably older...Catalog 500 from 1942 devotes 9 pages to standard and custom recessing tools. No mention of any numbers such as 70200

Actually I will take any exploded diagram of drawing of a similar head, from which I can extrapolate.

The middle image shows the helix which converts the axial movement into radial, rotating the eccentric tool shaft and bringing the cutting edge from near center of rotation into the work.
