After long wait a Rockwell metal /wood cutting bandsaw finally found its way to my place.
And of course I cant find the model number.
The serial number says it is from late 1951.
Rather than the easy to find model 28-300 I have one with an eccentric to switch between wood and metal.
Rather than uploading a picture here is a video of a nice clean one
Another question I have, in the video the lever is in high speed. The upper pulley is spinning with the motor and the center pulley is free wheeling. When the lever is moved to low speed does the belt on the upper pulley slip on the motor pulley?
Yea I wish my new toy was that clean... I would like to find a manual that mentions belt tension or adjustment and positions.
