I bought a older Barker PM mill a few years ago that came with a small vise. I added an angle plate, and the vise works great for my gunsmith projects at home. Can anyone ID this vise for me?

The vise you have looks very much like the milling vise on my Burke Number 4 horizontal mill. That vise was built by Burke and furnished as an accessory for the number 4 mill. It has the single socket-head capscrew in the same location as yours, and overall construction/design is the same. I do not have the swivel base, just a key or "tongue" on the vise bottom which can be set at either of two positions (jaws parallel to the slot in the table, or perpendicular to it). If you vise is not made by Burke, it sure looks close to one of their vises, and was likely furnished for use with a small milling machine by the machine tool's maker.

Thank you Joe. I looked at an image of a Burk Number 4 with the vise. It looks the same.
