Default Identify an old machine at the former Maxwell Silverman's Toolhouse in Worcester?

Joe just mentioned the old machines that once graced the outside of the former Maxwell Silverman's Toolhouse in Worcester Mass. I recognized all but one of the machines when I saw pictures of them a while back. It's the one on the left in this picture. I'm curious what kind of machine it is. Could someone please tell me? Thanks!

    It's a filing machine.

Here is what is left of the planer.

Big industrial Iron conference table base - antiques - by owner - collectibles sale

It looks like the die filer is still there(yellow arrow).

The base reminds me of my Cochrane-Bly filer.

Thanks! Now that you point it out, it's obvious. But I just couldn't figure it out before.

I wouldn't mind having that die filer. Bet it will show up soon on CL up there.
