certain inserts into the morse 3 taper of my (leblond regal trainer 13in, 1943) tailstock will come out easily when i retract the tailstock spindle all the way back. They are somehow pushed forward, toward head.
But others, which appear to me about identical in size and shape, get stuck. Full retracting the tailstock spindle does not release them and i have to pry or hammer them out.
