On behalf of the Connecticut Antique Machine Museum I would like to thank Walter known as LTM or WRL for the donation of his beautiful 12" Hendey shaper to the museum. It will go very nicely with our Hendey lathe and universal milling machine. The Hendey factory was in Torrington about 20 miles away, and it is really nice to have three good working machines from their main line of production.
Walter thanks again, we look forward to seeing you at the spring show.

Sorry I don't know how to link to his thread

You are very welcome.
And a big Thank You for your efforts, I'm assuming the ride to the museum went well.
This is really better than a fairytail ending to my time with this shaper.
We'll be by to visit and I'll bring the cutting tools.
It was good meeting you guys and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Walt

I know Fairies don"t have tails, but I can"t find an edit button so I can prove it.

Frank running my old Hendey at CAMA, couldn't have found a better home for the old girl.
