Two ?s for Don Thomas

Hi Don, we corresponded about a year or so ago about an old LEMPCO benchtop engine lathe I have inherited and we both pretty much came up blank. I found an envelope on eBay dated 1933 showing their "new Lempco Multi Purpose lathe." Unfortunately, the envelope is empty! Have you run across anything else along those lines? Tony in the UK drew a complete blank as has everyone else I have checked with, and the current folks at Lempco didn't answer my email query.

My second question pertains to the little benchtop Atlas Horizontal Mill being discussed a couple of threads back..I was wondering about your impressions of/experiences with them and whether you run into any in your used machine dealings...after all, you see more of the market than most of us!

Thanks in advance and I posted the URL for that Lempco envelope below in case anyone cares. His opening bid is pretty dear for an empty envelope, so if it doesn't sell I may try a counter offer.
