Walker Turner 16 inch bandsw table tilt mechanism needed

Anyone have a spare table tilt mechanism for the older (round frame) Walker Turner 16 inch metal cutting bandsaw?
 
Totally missing.
I have the left and right quadrants that the table pivots on. The right aluminum mount is broken and a an attempted weld finished the job.
I am thinking of fabricating a replacement that does not use a threaded rod.

I have one of those band saws.
