I remember this being in my dad's basement and then ended up being here. I would have thrown it in the auction but I forgot about. What is it?

It is a watchmaker's staking set. Kendrick and Davis was the most popular brand. Marshall was a large jeweler supply house, but their staking sets are much less common than K&D. Probably the quality was good when new, but there seems to be a lot of missing punches and the punches look rusty.

Makes sense. My dad used to repair watches. He had the wooden tool box with all the tools in it. Thank you for the information. Had a lot of stuff that ended up here for whatever reason.
