Although similar, I'm not sure that is a cam handle? Looks like it would be easy enough to carve one out of flat stock though.

Yes. Threaded, not a cam. You could just use a bolt, but this is way less convenient.

I think maybe digger has it closest, you don't need the cam action, but the cam action clamp would do the same thing

I would have suggested Reid Supply, they had cast handles in all the old style patterns. But they've been bought out and stripped down.
Don't see it in Jergens, Carr Lane, TeCo either.
