ZMM HC 632 horizontal shaper pulley disassembly

Hello everyone,

First time posting here. Hope this is the correct forum.

I recently bought a used 1994 ZMM HC 632 horizontal shaper and I'm in the process of cleaning it and fixing everything I can.

As far as I understand, its clutch should be filled with oil (it was completely dry). The problem I'm facing is that it seems there's some kind of seal missing from the pulley's side and it looses oil when it's turned on. I tried disassembling the pulley but everything is stuck. I don't have any kind of manual for this machine (tried to contact ZMM but got no response), so I don't know how I'm suppose to proceed (the order the gears, shaft and pulley should be disassembled).

If anyone has any info I'd be really glad to hear it.

Thanks in advance.

PS. I'm attaching images from the gearbox and the pulley (I already removed the clutch).

Small update: Managed to move the gear shaft and apparently there's a seal behind the brake cone (see attached photo)!

Unfortunately I still haven't managed to remove the brake. The 2 pins in the photo have an internal M5 thread. I thought they must be used to extract the brake but they are also stuck and I'm afraid I'll do more damage than good.

Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks.

After 4 days I finally managed to take it apart. No harm done to the machine. Case closed :)
