key way centering

Quetion! what is the easiest way to find the center of a shaft to mill a key way and in the hole of a sprocket to slot a key way to match (with out to many calculations.) Thanks for any suggestions.
 
I am assuming by machine you mean EDM?

The easiest way will depend on the machines you are using. Give me some more info about the machines and I will try to give you some asssistance
