Cutting Moly

Has anyone had much experience cutting molybdenum. My brief experience so far has resulted in a shot di sack in about eighteen hours of cutting. There's much more work to be done and i don't want to be changing sacks every day, both because of the time and monet spent.

Cutting moly is a very slooooooow process. I have not cut any for 5 years or so , but from what I remember it takes about 3 or 4 times as long to cut as stainless. No way around it. I don't think it was hard on my di, just very slow cutting.

Well so far I've actually met the boss's goal for number of parts pre day. (A first!) And the Mitz people suggested a finer filter. So I'v ordered a 1 micron set of filters and am going to keep pluging away.
And maybe something will come up to help keep the cost down.
