I just got a linclon precision tig 375, and I was wondering what I should do for electrical going to the machine. If anyone has one of these what did you end up with to feed the machine? Breaker Size, Wire size, Ground size, conduit size, plug or hard wired, if a plug what size cord?

The manual says 102 amps at 230v or 125 amps if welding with unbalanced ac. It's not really clear if the numbers are with power factor correction or not. It has pfc.

I have 250v measured at the box and I'm thiniking of just running a 100 amp circut with a pin and sleeve connector rated at 100 amps.

Mostly I'll be welding under 300 amps which the manual says draws 72 amps at 230v.

Any help would be appreciated.

If i'm correct you need 102 amp breaker for max. draw when welding. You have a 375 which probably produces 400 or more amps.I would go for it. I only have a 60 amp breaker on my miller that calls for 100 never had any problems.
