Mig Welding Stainless Steel

I don't often have to weld stainless so for a small job I bought a small roll of 0.8mm SS wire. The wire is so springy that as soon as I start feeding the roll unwinds and gets in a tangle. What's the best way to deal with this stuff?
 
Ah, right. Should have said the machine normally takes 15Kg reels of wire. For tis small reel I made up a wooden holder. Obviously I have to add some kind of tension device to this.Thanks for the input guys it's quite clear now.
