The #3 electrocycle is up and running. To all the folks who may have had a part in this machine..... THANK YOU!

Problem was operator headspacing and timing issues. I didn't know that the speed selector had to be in the off position in order to get the main contactor to close.

Took several hours with a meter, pencil and paper to figure that one out. Damn all those red wires!

OK Cyclotronguy, I keep watching for someone to post a reply, SO THAT I CAN LEARN WHAT THE HECK A #3 ELECTROCYCLE IS! Either they all know and don't care or I'm just the first one to break.

Lessee, got a contactor, speed selector and lotsa' red wires, just one more clue?.......almost got it...really...

Thanks guys....

Less than 10 cents a pound, sad.

Of course tooling to make it functional over a decent range would cost many times that and it still wouldn't be a CNC, like I said, sad.
