Differences between a 2H and 2CH?

Are the overarm dimensions the same for 2CH as 2H? For instance would Item number: 290141962091 on Ebay fit on a 2H? It looks pretty rough and without the drive gear $350.00 is pretty steep. But if a better one shows up and has the drive gear I'd like to know it would fit my 2H.

It will fit either one. Without the drive gear, it's worthless, as far as I'm concerned. The gears are very tough to find, and when you do they, generally, aren't cheap.

I totally agree with Harry.The head is useless without the drive gear.Often the drive gears sell for more than the head.

Speaking of no drive gear, it looks like Reliable has a vertical milling head attachment item #130155035567 up for bid.

Geez, you'd think that the drive gear being a key component it would be included with the sale of milling attachments on a regular basis instead of a rarity!

The drive gears get thrown out by people who don't know what they are, because they aren't attached to the head.
